9 мая в нашем городе был отличный парад, и казалось, что вышел не только весь город-герой Новороссийск, но и жители всех ближайших городов тоже были здесь.
On the 9th of May we had a great parade in our hero-town and it looked like not only all our citizens were here, but also guests from other neighbouring places visited this event in Novorossiysk.
Парад военной техники очень впечатлил, по улице Советов прошли 40 единиц боевой техники. Среди них транспортно-пусковые установки береговых ракетных комплексов "Бастион", "Редут", "Рубеж", самоходный артиллерийский комплекс "Берег", самоходные артиллерийские установки и бронетранспортеры БТР-82А.
Military parade was very impressive, 40 units of military equipment passed along Sovetov street. Among them were transporter-erector launchers for mobile coastal defense missile systems: "Bastion", "Redout", "Rubezh", self-propelled artillery system "Bereg", self-propelled artillery weapons and armoured personnel carrier BTR-82A.
Завершил парад "Бессмертный полк". Многие жители нашего города вышли на улицу с портретами своих родственников-ветеранов ВОВ.
"The Immortal Regiment" march closed the parade. Many citizens of our town marched along the street with portraits of their relatives, veterans of Great Patriotic War.
Полевая кухня по всему городу бесплатно предлагала военную гречневую кашу, говорят, очень вкусную, но мы так и не решились встать в очередь из 50 человек)
Mobile kitchen trailers all over the town offered free buckwheat cereal! They say it is very tasty, but we didn't dare to stand in a queue of 50 people)
Гостями торжественных мероприятий в честь 70-летия Великой Победы стали экипажи двух боевых сторожевых кораблей военно-морских сил народно-освободительной армии Китая "Линьи" и "Вэйфан".
Малый ракетный корабль (МРК) "Самум" также зашел в нашу бухту накануне праздника. Он является крупнейшим в своем подклассе быстроходным боевым кораблем.
Вечером на сцене, организованной на Форумной площади на морском вокзале, был патриотический концерт. Кратко показывалась история войны с участием актеров на сцене и демонстрацией реальных военных сцен на мониторах. Логическое завершение инсценировки – победа и красивый салют!
Кстати, припарковать машину с утра до позднего вечера было невозможно, но это же день победы, и никто не жаловался). Зато мы стали здоровее, так как много гуляли пешком! Думаю, каждый должен был в этот день ощутить прилив патриотизма и уважения к людям, жившим в те нелегкие времена. А Вы?
By the way, car parking on this day is mission impossible from morning till night, but this is Victory Day and noone complains) The best thing is that we became healthier as we walked on foot all day! I think everybody should have the flush of patriotic feelings & deep respect to the people who lived in those difficult times. And what about you?

The guests of the celebrations in honor of the 70th Great Victory Anniversary were the crews of two combat escort vessels of Chinese People's Liberation Armynaval forces: Linyi & Weifang.

Fast attack craft "Samum" also came to our harbour on the eve of the holiday. It is the largest fast moving combat vessel in its subclass.

In the evening patriotic concert took place on the stage installed in Forum Square near marine passenger terminal. Scenes of war history was acted out on the stage and movies were shown at the big monitors. Victory scene & beautiful fireworks put logical end to the show.
